A longtime interactive technology consultant and a former engineer in theTechnology division with Strategic Interactive Group (now Digitas), Cao hashelped build e-business solutions for a broad range of organizations,including Fidelity Investments, Fedex, American Express, IBM, AT&T, PioneerInvestments, Polaroid, Houghton Mifflin and Dunkin' Brands.
