A 31-year veteran of technology sales, Albano joins Workscape from Fast, asubsidiary of Microsoft, where she was executive vice president ofworldwide sales. Under her direction, Fast grew 41% in revenue in 2008. Shepreviously served as vice president of the Americas at Progress Software, aprovider of leading application infrastructure software, and vice presidentof global account sales for Thomson NETG, a supplier of enterprise learningsolutions. Albano also has held senior-level sales and marketing positionsat Aspen Technology, Genuity, Digital Equipment Corporation, XeroxCorporation, Honeywell Corporation and Burroughs Corporation.

Albano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University ofMassachusetts. She also attended the Executive Management program atHarvard Business School, earning a diploma for PMD61.
