U.S. Military Veteran Opens Store Under Little Caesars Veterans Program
MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Little CaesarEnterprises, Inc. today celebrates another store grand opening under theLittle Caesars Veterans Program as former United States Master Chief NavyCounselor Carlis Womack opens his doors for business at 1824 224th Street SWin Mountlake Terrace, Washington.

Joining the United States Navy immediately after high school, Womackserved from 1975 to 1998 and three years later received his bachelor's degreein business administration with an emphasis on marketing from ColumbiaCollege. After receiving his degree, he worked as an insurance agent. Now, atthe age of 52, Womack is fulfilling his lifelong goal of starting his ownbusiness with his investment in a pizza restaurant under the Little CaesarsVeterans Program. It was Little Caesars' simple business model and commitmenttowards U.S. military veterans that led him to pursue a Little Caesarsfranchise.

The Little Caesars Veterans Program was created in 2006 to thank veteransfor their service, and provide them with career opportunities when theytransition to civilian life or seek a career change. Honorably dischargedservice-disabled veterans who qualify, such as Womack, are eligible for abenefit of up to approximately $68,000. It grants honorably discharged,non-service-disabled veterans who qualify as Little Caesars franchisees abenefit of $10,000.
