This popular variation of Texas Hold'em poker deals four pocket cardsrather than the two found in Hold'em. The showdown, however, only uses twopocket cards and three communal cards.

The object of Omaha, just like in Hold'em, is to finish with the besthand. The difference between the two games is that in Omaha, winning handsmust consist of two pocket cards and three community cards, whereas Hold'emallows winning hands to be made up of just the five communal cards withoutusing any of the pocket cards.
