New Hires

Debi Post comes to Carbon taking on the role of business manager. As such,Ms. Post will work with the creative and account teams to develop tacticsfor completing agency projects on time and within budget. Prior to joiningCarbon, Ms. Post was employed as a print production manager at Gianettino &Meredith, Inc., an advertising agency in Murray Hill.

Andrea O'Brien joins the Carbon team as an account supervisor. In thisrole, Ms. O'Brien will be responsible for developing strategy andoverseeing her clients' projects from start to finish. Before coming toCarbon, Ms. O'Brien was employed with Integrated Communications Corp., ahealthcare communications company located in Parsippany, as an accountsupervisor.

Aaron Nietfeld and Michelle Schmidt both enter Carbon as senior accountexecutives. Mr. Nietfeld and Ms. Schmidt will manage daily operations,tactical initiatives and client budgets for their designated brands. Priorto joining Carbon, Mr. Nietfeld was employed as an account executive atTorre Lazur McCann, a healthcare advertising and communications agencylocated in Parsippany. Ms. Schmidt previously worked as a senior accountexecutive at the Berkley Heights office of Sudler & Hennessey, a healthcarecommunications company.

Natalie Fox joins Carbon as a copywriter, responsible for concepting,reviewing and writing copy on projects for her assigned accounts.Previously, Ms. Fox worked in Parsippany as a copywriter at PACE, ahealthcare advertising agency.

Jaclyn Ferguson enters Carbon as an account coordinator. In this position,Ms. Ferguson will serve as a liaison between the creative department andthe account team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and withinbudget. Ms. Ferguson graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing fromFarleigh Dickinson University prior to joining the Carbon team.
