FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/10/08 -- Parlux Fragrances, Inc. (NASDAQ: PARL)announced today the signing of a worldwide licensing agreement with MarcEcko Enterprises to develop and market a line of prestige fragrances formen and women.

In the early 1990s, Marc Ecko launched a clothing line with six T-shirtdesigns and a can of spray paint. Fast-forward 15 years and Marc EckoEnterprises includes a dozen lines of clothing and accessories including*ecko unltd., featuring the iconic Rhino logo, eckored, Marc Ecko Cut &Sew, Zoo York, along with Complex magazine, Complex.com and a videogame andmultimedia division, Marc Ecko Entertainment. All told, global retail salescame to more than $1.5 billion last year.
