(BMV: LAB) ("Genomma" or "the Company"), a leading Mexicanover-the-counter ("OTC") pharmaceuticals and personal care products companyannounced today that it owns no shares in the laser hair removal chain"Neoskin," which has recently been the subject of negative news reports.Furthermore, Genomma reiterates that in March 2008, it divested all its sharesof Global Administrator, S.A. de C.V., the firm which independently operatesvarious companies, including the stores that offer laser hair removal servicesunder the brand "Depilite."
The Company continues with its current business plan and expects tocommunicate its 2009 growth plans in the coming weeks.
