Grupo Hevi Expands Deployment of Cedar Point SAFARI C3 to Four New Markets in Mexico
DERRY, NH and GUADALAJARA, MEXICO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/18/08 -- Cedar Point Communications, Inc.,a worldwide leader in integrated Voice over IP (VoIP) switchingtechnologies for service providers and enterprise telecommunicationsoperators, and Grupo Hevi, aleading cable system operator in Mexico, today announced that Cedar Pointis supporting the introduction of cable voice services to four new GrupoHevi markets.
Under the agreement, Grupo Hevi is deploying Cedar Point's SAFARI C3Multimedia Switching System to deliver high-quality, highly-reliabletelephone service to subscribers in Aguascalientes, Nuevo Laredo, PuertoVallarta and Tampico as part of a bundled package of voice, video andhigh-speed data services.
TVC, a Cedar Point reseller and support partner for the Latin American andCaribbean markets, assisted Cedar Point in the completion of the agreement.

Itis being deployed for residential and business services by a diversecustomer base that includes Cable System Operators, Competitive LocalExchange Carriers (CLECs), Wireless Operators and Universities.
