Bank of America Charitable Foundation Announces $250,000 Donation to Aid Southern California Fire Relief Efforts
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bank of America CharitableFoundation today announced it will contribute $250,000 to aid victims of theSouthern California wildfires. The funds will help agencies and nonprofitssuch as the United Way Southern California Fire Relief Fund, including its2-1-1 information line, Santa Barbara Tea Fire Response Fund and OperationO.C., offer long-term assistance to people and communities impacted by thefires.

Bank of America is also working directly with leaders in Orange, LosAngeles and Santa Barbara counties to determine additional resource needs, andwill make its Team Bank of America Volunteer Network, consisting of thousandsof associates in Southern California, available to help fire victims.
