As CFO, Mr. Jensen will oversee investor relations, legal, finance,information technology and human resources, and he will assist theinvesting team with transaction structuring and financial due diligence.Prior to joining Kearny Ventures, Mr. Jensen was CFO of Liquid RealtyPartners, a real-estate secondaries firm, from 2005 to 2008. Before that,he was the Senior Controller of Gryphon Investors and Director of Financeat Sanderling Ventures. Earlier, Mr. Jensen, a certified publicaccountant, was an audit manager with Arthur Andersen. He has earned hisBA in Finance and Accounting with honors from the University of California,Berkeley.
