New Real Estate Team Joins McGuire Real Estate

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/01/08 -- McGuire Real Estate, aSan Francisco-based real estate company specializing in luxury real estate,announced today the appointment of Chris DeNike and Sharon Faccinto assales associates in its Mill Valley office at 1040 Redwood Highway.
DeNike and Faccinto join McGuire from Pacific Union in Larkspur, CA wherethey worked as a team and focused on marketing and selling premiumresidential properties in Marin County.
Earlier DeNike was with Coldwell Banker in Marin and prior to that he wasrecognized as a top-producing agent in Incline Village, NV. He attendedSan Diego State University and is a successful entrepreneur, havingcreated, developed, operated and sold Sweet Heat restaurant in SanFrancisco. DeNike resides in Corte Madera.
Raised in a family of builders, architects and realtors in North LakeTahoe, Faccinto became a realtor in 1989. Prior to this she worked ininternational business in Paris and San Francisco after earning abachelor's of arts degree in International Relations from the AmericanUniversity in Paris. Faccinto resides in Larkspur with her family.
DeNike and Faccinto support several community non-profit organizations suchas public schools' foundations, the Marin Bike Coalition, Safe Routes toSchools, the Lark Theatre, the Surfrider Foundation, the SPCA and the MarinHighlanders Rugby Club.
