Other opportunities for regional investment will be evaluatedover the coming months.

The number of pay-TV subscribers in Asia-Pacific is expected to grow 17percent to 300 million this year, according to a recent report issued byCable and Satellite Broadcasting Association of Asia (CASBAA), whichrepresents significant opportunity for Verimatrix.

Mr. Laurence Peak, VP of Sales for Asia-Pacific, will oversee regionaloperations from the new office.
