Tallahassee, FL (Vocus) December 2, 2008 -- ISC and Microsoft have announced that MapDotNet will play an important role for government customers that adopt Microsoft® Single View Platform. According to Microsoft, the Single View Platform is “A single, geographic view of complex information and data sets across multiple roles, locations, and user interfaces.” It can “improve agency communication, collaboration, and decision-making to increase the success of essential initiatives.” The Microsoft website goes on to explain that “A solution that puts information in a single geographic context requires:
