KBR Wins Site Development Contract for Lobito Refinery in Angola, an Industrial Info News Alert

BANGALORE, INDIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/23/08 -- Researched by Industrial Info Resources(Sugar Land, Texas) -- KBR Incorporated (NYSE:KBR) (Houston, Texas) hasannounced that it has won the site development contract for the Lobitorefinery in Angola. According to the contract awarded by Angola's partiallystate-owned petrochemical company Sociedade Nacional de Combustiveis deAngola (Sonangol) (Luanda), KBR will be responsible for engineering,equipment and materials procurement, and construction management servicesfor the refinery.
