Educated as a Petroleum Engineer at the University of Oklahoma, Mr.Anderson brings with him 27 years of experience in senior management,business development and engineering operations, primarily with emerginggrowth oil and gas exploration and production companies. Mr. Anderson hasbeen responsible for petroleum and reservoir engineering, reservesassessment, production and operations, optimization and exploitation,drilling and completion activities and various other operational functions.In addition, he has been instrumental in the growth of numerous oil and gascompanies. His key strengths are his abilities to re-focus and rejuvenatecompanies.

Mr. Anderson has previously served as an officer, director or in a seniormanagement position at International PetroReal Oil Corporation, High PlainsEnergy Inc., Rider Resources Inc., Canada Southern Petroleum Ltd.,International Gryphon Resources Inc., as well as operations manager atTriumph Energy Corporation and Hillcrest Resources Ltd. Mr. Anderson wasalso employed in increasing capacities with other oil and gas explorationand development companies in Canada and the US, where he was responsiblefor petroleum and reservoir engineering, reserves assessment, productionand operations, optimization and exploitation, drilling and completionactivities and various other operational functions.
