The survey is billed as "the ultimate verdict from 20,000+ readers", and this is the fourth year in a row that Flux's ranking has risen, taking it into the top ten for the first time. The readers particularly gave Flux the thumbs-up for 'value for money' and 'communication'. "Any insurer depressed about being at the bottom of the pile in 2009 should take heart from the achievements of Adrian Flux," said the magazine.
