(Vocus) November 3, 2009 -- Wixon Inc., a leading food and flavor products manufacturer, has named Scott Cramer as Foodservice Product Manager.

The company’s Foodservice division provides menu development assistance, customized formulations, and packaging options to its customers. Products for this division are created in Wixon’s Innovation Center for Culinary & Protein, a recently-constructed facility designed to enhance the company’s research and development capabilities. The Center is led by Wixon’s corporate chef, Judson McLester, an experienced developer of innovative products for foodservice and other areas.

Prior to joining Wixon, Cramer served as regional business manager for Kerry Ingredients and as food technologist and director of technical sales for Total Ultimate Foods. He holds a bachelor of science degree in food science from The Ohio State University and is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT).

A native of Lima, Ohio, Cramer and his wife, Michelle, reside in Okauchee with their daughter, Sydney.
