Moffat to the ranks of premier professionals as a result of his work in the field of counseling services. As Regional Representative at World Vision Canada as well as throughout his entire career, Jason has consistently demonstrated the abilities and attributes necessary to be considered among the best.
World Vision Canada is a nonprofit organization offering relief, development and advocacy services to children, families, and communities in order to help them overcome poverty and injustice. The mission of World Vision is to support people irrespective of race, religion, gender, or ethnicity. The organization offers services such as sustainable community development, emergency response, child and maternal health, child well-being, nutrition, clean water, advocacy, and HIV and AIDS education.
Jason Moffat is a man of integrity and family who focuses his efforts on mentoring teenagers, and advocating for the poor and the outcast. He is responsible for the regional implementation and execution of the World Vision Canada national fundraising campaigns including the Gift Catalogue, Child Sponsorship, and 30 Hour Famine. Jason is also working to uphold relationships with the local schools and churches. His experience includes working as a High School Pastor and Associate Pastor at the Westside Pentecostal Church. Jason was also a music teacher for nearly 12 years. In his free time, he is dedicated to sports, music, technology and mentoring students.
Jason studied at the Landmark Collegiate Institute where he obtained his High School Diploma. He continued at the Horizon College and Seminary attaining religious study and ultimately becoming a Pastoral Ministry. Jason was the valedictorian speaker for the class of 2004 at the Horizon College and Seminary and is a member of the Fundraising Professional Group.
