Sony has announced it's reducing the price for the PlayStation 4. Starting Dec. 11, Sony will sell the Uncharted 4 PS4 Slim bundle for $250 in the U.S. That’s the same price that PS4 cost on Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

"We first brought you this deal during Black Friday weekend, and it was incredibly successful for PS4 sales so we decided to bring it back this month," Sony said in a post on the PlayStation Blog .

Sony hasn’t said which major retailers will offer the deal, but keep an eye out for the sale Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart and GameStop..

Sony said the week of Black Friday was the most successful in the history of PlayStation brand, though Sony didn’t announce any sales figures.

It’s important to note the deal is available only until Dec. 24 in the U.S. In Canada, the PS4 bundle will be offered for $330 CAD until Dec. 29.

This makes the PS4 $50 less than its rival Xbox One during the biggest holiday shopping season. It will be interesting to see if Microsoft drops the price on the Xbox One.

According to the PlayStation blog, Invisible, Inc . and Stories: Path of Destinies will be on PlayStation 4, while Hyper Void and Tiny Troopers: Joint Ops are headed to PlayStation 3.
