The war of words between Republican presidential candidates Jeb Bush and Donald Trump continued to escalate Tuesday with the latter releasing a new attack ad on Instagram. Trump -- when not telling people they should speak English in America -- has called out Bush's seeming lack of energy. With many references to bedtime and sleep, Trump unveiled a new video Tuesday, saying Bush was perfect "for all your sleeping needs."

Wake up Jeb supporters!

Trump's video focused on a sleeping woman during a recent Bush campaign stop in New Hampshire, according to the Hill. Trump calling Bush's vitality into question could be considered a smart tactic, since appearance has been shown to sway a voter's opinion. Bush's campaign identified the woman as Tara, a mother who worked a 12-hour shift prior to attending the rally.

Trump and Bush first started trading light jabs in August during dueling town halls. "You know what is happening to Jeb's crowd right down the street? They're sleeping," Trump said to the audience in Derry, New Hampshire, CNN reported. "He was a Democrat longer in the last decade than he was a Republican," Bush said of Trump.

On Aug. 31, Bush ramped up his attacks on Trump via Twitter. Bush's previous mentions of the Republican presidential candidate front-runner had focused on Trump's immigration policy. In recent tweets, Bush has questioned Trump's ties to the Republican Party and the mogul's comments about speaking English in America.

The former governor of Florida has yet to respond to Trump's latest salvo, but Bush will have an opportunity to do so when appears on the debut episode of "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" Tuesday on CBS at 11:35 p.m. EDT.
