To quickly sum up "The Sons of the Harpy," the conflict between the titular group and Daenerys has become an all-out war. The Harpies and Unsullied are fighting in the streets, with the former picking off Daenerys' loyal soldiers. The Unsullied are outnumbered and Grey Worm's group is overwhelmed. Despite putting up a quite the fight, Daenery's loyal lieutenant is soon surrounded and wounded. Luckily, the old Westerosi knight is around and proves why he was considered one of the best swordsmen ever. Ser Barristan singlehandedly whittles down the group, but the numbers are still too much for him. As a final Harpy is about to deliver the killing blow, Grey Worm is able to stab him from behind. The two collapse among the other dead bodies and "Game of Thrones" Season 5, episode 4 fades to black. Considering this is the last episode given to reviewers and leaked online, every is in the dark about what's next, but there are some clues based on previously released episode details.

The episode synopsis for "Game of Thrones" Season 5, episode 5, "Kill the Boy," was released ahead of "The Sons of the Harpy." "Dany [Emilia Clarke] makes a difficult decision in Meereen. Jon [Kit Harington] recruits the help of an unexpected ally. Brienne [Gwendoline Christie] searches for Sansa [Sophie Turner]. Theon [Alfie Allen] remains under Ramsay’s (Iwan Rheon) control," reads the plot summary for next week's episode. Daenerys' conflict is a bit clearer. The unrest in Meereen needs to be stopped and it may require some sort of compromise on Dany's part. Whether it's reopening the fighting pits, as Hizadahr zo Loraq has suggested, or something more dramatic remains to be seen.

In "A Dance with Dragons," Ser Barristan and Grey Worm are very much alive and dealing with a rebelling Yunkai. As the two are busy waging war, a deadly disease grips the city from within. The rebellion and the general storyline are likely to happen, but it's unlikely both men will make it to the battle. There are concrete answers about the fate of Ser Barristan and Grey, but if you don't want to know, stop reading now.

The preview pretty much gives away the fate of Ser Barristan. The opening moment shows the knight being mourned by Daenerys. While this could be a clever fake-out, the actor who plays Barristan confirms the death of the character in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. Ian McElhinney read the "ASOIAF" series and figured he would survive "Game of Thrones" Season 5, but the number of dates he was set to work did not quite add up. A phone call later confirmed his suspicions and Barristan is very much dead.

His death sets up Dany's marriage to Hizadahr, as the Khalessi may feel more vulnerable after losing Barristan. It will also set up Tyrion's arrival in Meereen, and he could take over as her trusted advisor and Queen's Hand.
