A teacher in Queens is facing multiple charges including rape after police and prosecutors say had an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old student.

Charles Oross, 44, is accused teacher who taught at I.S. 238 in Jamaica Queens. Officials also say he exchanged several inappropriate emails and Facebook messages, reported NY1.

Special Commissioner of Investigation Richard Condon believes that Oross should be fired from his teaching duties and be made ineligible for any other position in the New York City school system.
