Rainbow Six Siege year 2 kicked off with Operation Velvet shell DLC, and now we’ve got clues about the next major content drop. Here are the new Operators, Gadgets and weapons multiplayer enthusiasts can expect. The leak is cataloged by reddit’s Klumpaen.

All of these leaks tie to code strings as opposed to images, so we won’t be sharing renders today. Regardless, here’s a sneak peek at some unannounced DLC.

Operators: The new operators are called Caltrop and Dazzler. In test server files, full asset lists for both characters were found. Dazzler is believed to be an attacker, while Caltrop defends and slows down enemies.

Weapons: QBZ-95 Assault Rifle for attackers and JS9 SMG for defenders

Gadgets: Concussion Mine with some sort of toxic trap element players have to lay down

Gear, Skins & Camos: Valkyrie Pro League set, Kryptek Mandrake camo (Jäger), Kryptek Nomad camo (Smoke), Kryptek Banshee (Doc), Tachanka headgear, Mute reptile bundle.

This leak initiated Wednesday when a Hong Kong map, called Ocean Park, surfaced via the Rainbow Six Siege Technical Test Server. The inclusion of those files compelled data miners to look further into the latest download. With a little time, the above content was discovered.

There’s no release date for the year 2 season 2 DLC yet, but most fans anticipate its arrival is about a month away. Considering all of this wound up in the testing module, we anticipate a more detailed official announcement soon. After all, it’s a bit difficult to know how all of this will contribute to multiplayer based on names alone.

Rainbow Six Siege Year 2 started in February, and it brought a similar chunk of content to the game. The pack was headlined by Mira, Jackal and some new weapons to pair with each Operator.

Rainbow Six Siege is available now on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
