Video has emerged of Ramarley Graham, the unarmed 18-year-old fatally shot by an NYPD officer.

It shows the Bronx youth fairly leisurely entering his front door seconds before police arrived, hard on his heels. The police then start kicking at the front door trying to get in. Officers ultimately gained entry barging through a rear entrance.

They did not have a search warrant. They then went up the stairs to where Graham lived with his grandmother and 6-year-old brother, saw Graham running into a bathroom, entered and then shot him.

Police believed Graham had a gun; they radioed that he had one while they were chasing after him, and the officer who shot him reportedly yelled gun! gun! just before he did.

A bag of marijuana was reportedly found in the bathroom where Graham was shot, sources speculate that the whole incident happened because Graham was trying to flush that bag down the toilet.

Both the officer who shot Graham and the sergeant who oversaw the break-in into Graham's home have been placed on restrictive duty.
