“The View” co-host Raven-Symoné might not appear at the table anymore if rumors are to be believed. ABC and the former Disney star are slated to part ways, an insider told the New York Post’s Page Six Friday.

“They’ve already been eyeing someone to replace her at the table, and she’s aware,” an insider told Page Six. But the choice comes from Raven. The star wants to pursue a different type of television. “She wants to focus on her acting again,” the source said.

It’s nothing but a rumor though, according to a rep for the show. Everyone is happy with Raven, and they want her to stay on the panel. They called the speculation “ridiculous.” The rep added: “Ratings are up. We are very happy with the team we have. Raven is a great addition to the panel.”

Even though “The View” claims it’s just a rumor, the show is no stranger to different faces. There have been plenty of different people on the show. There was a big shakeup when Barbara Walters, Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy left the show after Season 17. Whoopi Goldberg was the only veteran to go into Season 18, which is the same year Rosie O’Donnell joined.

Things between Goldberg and O’Donnell were intense, and O’Donnell eventually left the show. When “Fuller House” star Candace Cameron Bure joined the show, rumors swirled that Goldberg would quit the daytime talk show.

Goldberg also reportedly has a bad relationship with Walters, the show’s creator. The comedian insulted the veteran journalist when she called the 86-year-old an “old lady.” “Whoopi made a comment that angered her,” a source told Radar Online in January. “It was disrespectful, and Babs said she’d had enough.”
