The reserve bank of New Zealand released the interest rate decision, where it decided to maintain the interest rate unchanged at 2.50% compared with the prior reading.

On the other hand, the RBNZ announced that New Zealand's economy continues to be improved moderately along with the global economy that remains fragile with continuing of raising the risks associated with the future outlook.

Finally, the RBNZ said that high value of the domestic currency reduces export s' earnings, as the exports rose moderately.
