Lisa Rinna is living up to her reputation and stirring the pot once again in Season 6 of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Thus far much of the season has centered around Yolanda Foster's Lyme disease diagnosis and after having come face-to-face with her twice, Lisa has a few questions. During the episode she brings those queries to other cast members who are also on the fence, making some serious waves.

After a failed trip to Ohio to retrieve a miniature pony for husband Ken Todd, Lisa Vanderpump phones in a favor and has not one, but two of the tiny trotting animals delivered to her house. She surprises Ken, 70, with the horses and while it's obvious the former English footballer loves the ponies, it's clear Lisa V, 55, is head-over-heels. She decides to invite close friends Lisa R., 52, Kyle Richards and Eileen Davidson to her home to meet her new pets. Lisa R. is the first to arrive and is anxious to see the horses after tagging along with Lisa V. to Ohio in episode 3. Kyle, 46, arrives shortly after and the trio begin chatting about a variety of different things.

Among those topics was Yolanda, 51, and her battle with Lyme disease. At the time Lisa R. and Eileen, 56, were the only ones who'd had a chance to see the sickly former model holed up in estranged husband David Foster's condo. Lisa R. shares with Kyle and Lisa V. that she's not so sure it's Lyme disease Yolanda has. She tells the ladies that she became more skeptical after seeing photos from Yolanda's trip to Vancouver Islands, Canada with David, 66. Lisa R. suggests that it may be munchausen syndrome, which causes those suffering to create ailments, that she is battling. The other ladies don't agree, but don't acknowledge that they believe she has Lyme disease either. They decide to try and keep the conversation from Eileen, which doesn't last long.

Previews for the upcoming episode suggest the Yolanda drama has only just begun. Clips for episode 5 show Eileen passing along to Yolanda the fact that Lisa R. and the other women were talking about her disease. She reveals that some people in the group have doubts, which upsets Yolanda. Another important point? It appears the rest of the "RHOBH" cast will finally meet Erika Girardi — or Erika Jayne, as she's known to her fans — and not everyone is so keen on her right off the bat.

"RHOBH" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
