After Russell Armstrong took his own life recently, Bravo will require the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to take psychological tests in order to prevent another such occurrence.

A psychological test was not required until the recent suicide by Russell Armstrong which brought in a lot of negative publicity to the cable network. The cast's new contract will come with the requirement of undergoing the tests before they begin their work with the show, The Huffington post quoted a cast member as saying.

Armstong's relatives are even considering suing the network for the same.

Bravo is at fault and somebody needs to pay. Russell's whole family was very close and they're considering suing Bravo. He also put part of the blame on Armstrong's estranged wife, Taylor Armstrong, who allegedly pushed him to appear on the reality series in the first place, RadarOnline quoted Armstrong's step-brother Wade Jackson as saying.

On Monday night, there will be public service announcements on suicide preventions throughout the premiere.

Many cast members, except Taylor took part in a sit-down interview that addressed Armstrong's suicide last week, reported etidbits.com.
