Just five months after welcoming his first child with fiancée Sarah Rodriguez, Tamra Judge's son Ryan Vieth was arrested. Vieth was arrested at his home in late June after a domestic incident involving Rodriguez. The 29-year-old and his soon-to-be wife have appeared on "The Real Housewives of Orange County" several times this season leading up to the birth of their daughter.

Judge has addressed her son's arrest on Twitter and Instagram, thanking her fans for their love and support. She added that "there are two sides to every story," and went on to share further details about the arrest. She assured readers no one was hurt and all charges were dropped.

"What radar onLie didn't report was everything was DISMISSED. No CHARGES. No violence No injuries," she wrote. "They are still together going through counseling with pastor Mike. They are very hurt that someone would tip off the press and give quotes that are not true. We ask for your prayers not your judgment."

People magazine reports Vieth was arrested and charged with domestic violence on June 28. He reportedly got into an altercation with Rodriguez inside their Rancho Santa Margarita, California, home after he discovered her partying and sending text messages to other men. The publication reports Rodriguez called the Orange County Sheriff's Department around 11:52 p.m PDT claiming she had been hit by Vieth. She also allegedly told authorities she thought one of her fingers was broken.

Police arrived at the scene and began questioning both of them, according to sources. Although insiders claim "their stories didn't add up," Vieth was taken into police custody because Rodriguez told police she had been pushed down the stairs. He was later released on bail. Rodriguez did not press charges and the case was dismissed by a California state judge.

As you may recall from Season 9 of "RHOC," Vieth met Rodriguez through Instagram. Shortly after connecting on the social media site the two began a very serious relationship. Vieth moved in with Rodriguez and her four daughters, but not before the couple dropped the bomb on Judge that they were expecting. The couple welcomed their daughter, Ava Ryan Vieth, in February.

Although Judge was wary of the relationship at first, she was elated to be a grandma. Ava's birth was featured in Season 10, episode 6 of "RHOC." During the episode Judge went up to stay with Vieth and Rodriguez at their home as they headed to the hospital to welcome their daughter.
