Jana Duggar and Jessa Seewald dished about their childhood feud in their 2014 memoir, and on Tuesday’s “Jill & Jessa: Counting On,” they’ll share a little more about their past issues.

TLC has released a sneak peek of the second episode of the Duggar family’s new docuseries. In the short teaser for “Date Nights & Bright Lights," Jessa and a couple of her siblings open up about the 26-year-old’s personality. Jana’s twin, John-David, reveals that she used to be extremely “outgoing” and “rowdy” as a child. Jessa, 23, says her and Jana's personalities caused them to clash when they were younger.

“She would get all of us girls that were younger than her and sit us down and say, ‘I’m going to fix your hair. I’m picking out your outfits. Here’s what we’re going to do today,'” Jessa says. While the reality star says she enjoyed the “fun things” her sister planned for her, she started to rebel as she got older.

“I think as I started to get a little bit older, I also had a very strong personality so I would sometimes protest the ideas that she had. She’d be like we’re going to do this, and I’d be like, ‘No we’re not.’ … We clashed heads a little bit when we were younger; but now that we’re older, we work together well.”

With Jessa and Jana's past behind them, the two will work together to update Jessa’s marital home in episode 2. The sisters will install new lights in Jessa and Ben Seewald’s bedroom. “A lot of us kids are really great about talking about our big ideas, but when it comes to getting something done, you’ve got to get Jana involved,” Jessa says. “She’s just so good at that.”

Jessa and Jana’s past issues were first revealed in the Duggar women’s shared book “Growing Up Duggar: It’s All About Relationships.” In one passage, Jana openly discusses her childhood struggles to get along with Jessa. The eldest Duggar daughter revealed that due to their feuds, she was forced to share a bunk bed with Jessa, who would kick her top bunk during the night as payback. Jana says her mother, Michelle Duggar, advised her eldest daughter to be kind and give Jessa something that was meaningful to her. Jana settled on her treasured jewelry box.

“It was hard to think of giving away one of the most treasured possessions, especially to someone I wasn’t happy with,” Jana wrote. “I told Jessa I had something to give her. I told her I loved her and handed her my gift.”
