Joseline Hernandez has found herself in some more legal drama. The pregnant “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star is being sued by her ex and fellow VH1 co-star, Stevie J. According to a report, the lawsuit is over wild accusations Joseline made accusing Stevie of molesting his daughter.

TMZ reported Monday that Stevie filed a defamation suit against Joseline claiming that she’s running a “smear campaign” and his reputation has been ruined because of her publicly accusing him of inappropriately touching his 6-year-old daughter Eva, whom he shares with fellow “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Mimi Faust.

Stevie also has taken an issue with Joseline claiming he’s secretly gay and worships the devil. According to the outlet, Stevie said Joseline went as far to call Georgia’s Division of Family and Children Services accusing him of sexual abuse. Stevie is supposedly suing for damages and wants a judge to make Joseline stop making allegations against him.

In July, the music producer filed a restraining order against Joseline. The order stated that the self-proclaimed Puerto Rican Princess had to stay at least 200 yards away from him. A few months ago, Joseline went on a Twitter rant bashing Stevie, whom she claims is the father of her unborn baby girl.

“You worship the devil not God should I tell them that too? You are a devil in disguise! Should I tell them that,” she posted. “You fantasize about sleeping with your own daughters should I tell them that??? Should I take a detector test on that too?? Trust me and believe you will never see your kid. … You’re weak you’re a kid your an abuser.”

Mimi addressed the rumor Stevie molested their daughter posting a screenshot of an article stating that there was no truth to the allegation. “At least some journalists are responsible enough to research the real story,” she posted.
