A dual US and Italian citizen, I was born in Milan and have lived in Rome, Atlanta, and New York. I began my career in journalism in the 1990s as a news agency reporter, then became an editor, then went to work for CNN on the web and on the tv side, and subsequently moved to radio as producer for a live news show on Bloomberg. After a stint helping lead the US-based digital operation of Italy's biggest business newspaper, Il Sole 24 Ore, I now lead the Politics team at IB Times, combining world and US coverage.
