Who’s ready for some payback? Our favorite ABC drama, “Revenge,” will be airing its Season 4 premiere on Sunday, Sept. 28. And according to the sneak peek recently released by the network, viewers should anticipate a jaw-dropping episode 1.

In the premiere, titled “Renaissance” -- a rather fitting name if you ask us -- fans will see Emily (Emily VanCamp) hosting a rather lavish party with one heck of a surprise. But it will be Victoria (Madeline Stowe) who gets the shock of a lifetime when she learns Emily has taken residence in her home.

“This is Victoria Grayson. I’m being held captive and I wanted to talk --,” Stowe’s character made a phone call in the sneak peek video.

“I know exactly where you are Victoria,” Emily answers back, surprising Victoria.

“What are you doing in my house?” Victoria questions her.

“I’m paying the mortgage,” Emily quips. “You should see what I’ve done with the place. I changed everything except the phone number, a precaution I’m sure you now understand.”

“Please, I’ve hurt you -- I admit it. But you’ve hurt me, too. I just want to end this cycle. Please,” Victoria pleads, but Emily bitterly responds that she wants her childhood and the love of her life, who Victoria destroyed and killed.

“And I want Pascal back. You lead him to his death. You insinuated your way into my family. You have earned your pain,” the Grayson matriarch bites back.

“You are exactly where you belong, Victoria, ranting on like a lunatic. For the record, Conrad slaughtered Pascal -- not me. And as for everything else I did -- I’d do it all again. Sorry you wasted your call,” Emily says before hanging up, leaving Victoria with her mouth agape as the hospital nurses enter the room with needles.

If the sneak peek video didn’t excite you then just hear what Sunil Naya, the Executive Producer of the Golden Globe-nominated series, had to say about the new season of “Revenge.”

“I think the season premiere is going to be full of surprises, full of unexpected payoffs to our cliffhangers,” Nayar revealed to TV Fanatic, teasing that the premiere would have it’s fair share of time jumps.

“There’s a lot going on, and like this show always does, there’s like little bits of time jumps, so we always think there’s sort of the fun things to embrace as we jump forward,” Nayar explained. “So I think you’ll see where the episode picks up. We found a perfect spot to do it.”
