Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the gang rape of a bay area teenager who was brutally raped after her homecoming dance in Richmond on Saturday, ABC reported.

Police are also searching for as many as twelve people who watched the rape of the 15-year-old Richmond High School student and did nothing to report it. According to the report some spectators may have even recorded the rape on their cell phone.

Manuel Ortega, 19, is not a student at the school but is already in custody in connection with the rape. Another 15-year-old Richmond High student was arrested Monday night and charged with rape.
