Rihanna is all set to perform live at the Brit Awards 2016 to be held at London’s O2 Arena on Feb.24. This is not the first time the singer is going to take to the stage at the awards ceremony. It will be the “Diamonds” hitmaker’s fourth time at the Brits.

The last time Rihanna performed at the Brit Awards was in 2012 when she belted her hit “We Found Love.” RiRi’s first outing at the awards was back in 2008 with a rendition of "Umbrella’ alongside The Klaxons. She has six Brit nominations and two Brit Award wins to her credit, for international female solo artist.

In 2011, RiRi treated her fans to a medley of “Only Girl In The World,” "S&M" and “What's My Name.” The very next year also she performed her hit number. RiRi’s Brit Award 2016 news comes close on the heels of the release of her eighth studio album, “Anti.”

Though the album has received mixed response from critics, however, it has already gone platinum in the U.K. “Anti,” which was dropped after much delay in Jay Z’s Tidal service last week has hit the number one spot on iTunes in 30 countries. Besides, the album’s lead single Work went to the top spot in 90 countries.

RiRi has also announced a U.K. stadium tour in June 2016.

This year, the impressive line-up for the annual extravaganza includes Adele, Justin Bieber, British rock band Coldplay, Little Mix, James Bay, The Weeknd and Jess Glynne. The Brit Awards 2016 will be aired live ITV and hosted by Ant & Dec. Adele leads nominations for the 2016 event with nods in four categories, while James Bay and Years & Years have also picked up four nominations. A tribute to David Bowie, who died in January, is also in the works.
