Rihanna is part of the all-female cast of the “Ocean’s” trilogy’s first spin-off film, “Ocean’s 8.” Way ahead of the comedy heist film’s premiere in 2018, the “Work” hitmaker dropped the first look teaser for the movie on Twitter.

On Monday, RiRi surprised her millions of followers on the social networking site when she uploaded a photo of her and the seven other female leads of the movie. In the pic, Rihanna is seen seated inside a train with her co-stars Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter and Awkwafina.

“Ocean’s 8” is hitting theaters in the summer of 2018, specifically on June 8 of that year. Hence, many fans were delighted to see the first look photo as early as this week. One fan wrote: “Y’all slay. I can’t wait for this movie to come out.” Another commented: “I can’t wait a year and a half for this film. WYD to me Rihanna.”

Rihanna’s post comes hot on the heels of her Twitter feud with controversial rapper Azealia Banks. Over the weekend, RiRi got into a heated exchange with Banks after the former called out President Donald Trump for his executive order to ban immigrants and refugees from entering the U.S. In her tweet, she even called Trump “an immoral pig” for implementing the order.

Banks, who has been a big supporter of Trump since he announced his candidacy, was definitely not pleased with Rihanna’s post. Thus, the “212” hitmaker called out the “Diamonds” songstress for “chastising” Trump, as per People.

“As far as rihanna (who isn’t a citizen, and can’t vote) and all the rest of the celebrities who are using their influence to stir the public, you lot really REALLY need to shut up and sit down,” Banks wrote in a now-deleted response.

Banks added: “Stop chastising the president. It’s stupid and pathetic to watch. All of these confused people confuse other confused people. Hoping the president fails is like getting on an airplane and hoping the pilot crashes. What makes you think, the USA is going to enter the Middle East destroy a bunch of [things] and pull out without any real repercussions????”

Rihanna did not hesitate to clap back at Banks by uploading shady posts on Instagram. On the other hand, Banks did not back down from the feud. She also took to Instagram to post some stuff directed at Rihanna.

Once the online feud ended, RiRi updated her fans about what she’s been up to lately while staying in Malawi, South Africa. Based on Rihanna’s posts, she’s busy teaching kids and young women, while also having fun by playing soccer with some of the children there.
