Singer Rihanna's concert at the American Airlines arena in Dallas was prematurely canceled when a small fire broke out on stage.

When the singer was performing California King Bed, a fire broke out on the stage's lighting trusses. The singer was ushered off the stage immediately. The stage crew put out the fire but the show was canceled because the fans had to be evacuated.

DALLAS!!! We set the stage on FYAH tonight!!! LITERALLY!!! I'm so pissed, I was havin so much fun wit yall too!!! I gotta come back man!!, the singer tweeted after the show.

Rihanna promised she'd be back in Dallas. She then said she was in a production meeting to find out what happened.

It was a tough night for her Dallas fans since the singer was an hour late getting on stage. One of her previous concerts in Dallas was actually cancelled as well, back in 2010, for unspecified reasons.

Here are a couple of videos of the incident.
