Riksbank, the Swedish bank, kept interest rates at a record low 0.25 percent which was the lowest in the banks' history while making it also the lowest in the European Union while it is presumed that the bank will begin increasing interest rates in the summer or early autumn.

The central bank is introducing plans for tighter policies after the stimulus measures have helped aid the economy.
