To anyone unhappy with their BlackBerry service, Research in Motion has a simple solution: buy a new BlackBerry.

PC Magazine recently reported that as many as 30 percent of BlackBerry users at businesses with 10,000 or more employees are planning on switching away from BlackBerry products in favor of Androids or iPhones.

The magazine also reported that only 16 percent of users are completely satisfied with the BlackBerry.

RIM said some of these problems could be solved if users had the latest products.

While we haven't reviewed Enterprise Management Associates' (EMA) latest survey, we would be interested in finding out if the customers surveyed have upgraded to RIM's new line-up of BlackBerry 7 smartphones, the company said in a statement, according to PC. These are the fastest, most powerful BlackBerry smartphones yet and we encourage comparisons with these current BlackBerry smartphones versus earlier models.
