'RIP Adele' Death Hoax: Other Celebrities Who 'Died' on Twitter in 2012 [PHOTOS]

British singer, Adele, became the latest victim of a death hoax that began trending on Twitter on Saturday.

The hoax - RIP Adele - which was not initially denied by the singer herself but by a message on Twitter enraged many of her fans, who have, since then changed Rest in Peace to Really Inspiring Person.

Interestingly, despite the fact we are barely a month into 2012, Adele is not the first celebrity to fall prey to such a hoax.
