Following reports that Blac Chyna wanted distance from Rob Kardashian, it looks like she legally plans to achieve it by filing a restraining order against the father of her child.

On Friday, Trial Lawyer Lisa Bloom announced on Twitter that she represents Chyna and plans to take legal action against Kardashian following the former couple’s most recent dramatic split.

“I represent Blac Chyna. I just gave Rob Kardashian notice that we'll be in court Monday seeking restraining orders against him. More to come,” Bloom tweeted.

Although details as to why Chyna wants to file a restraining order against Kardashian remain unclear, the “Rob & Chyna” star previously stated on Snapchat that the 30-year-old has physically attacked her in the past.

News of the Chyna and Kardashian’s split became public knowledge on Wednesday with the Arthur George sock designer accused his former fiancée of cheating on him and presented evidence on social media regarding her infidelity.

Kardashian also released several nude photos of the Instagram model who initially seemed unbothered by his rants. However, considering Chyna is heading to court for a restraining order, it looks like things have taken a turn for the worst.

Prior to her announcement of the restraining order, Bloom revealed Kardashian could be prosecuted for revenge porn. “My take: what Rob Kardashian did to Blac Chyna could be ‘revenge porn’ and illegal. Women, stand up for our rights!” she tweeted.

Although Bloom plans to file for the restraining order on Monday, sources close to Kardashian told E! News that the reality star has not been served with any legal documents and contacting him may prove to be a difficult task seeing as the star lives in a gated community.

The Instagram model’s attorney, Walter Mosley, also spoke with the media outlet confirming that Bloom was hired to carry out legal ramifications against Kardashian. “We decided to hire the lawyer who is an expert on the issues that are going on right now. Lisa is the best at what she does,” he stated.

Although Chyna and Kardashian’s relationship seems like it is completely over and the two are “keeping their distance right now,” a source close to the couple revealed that they may get back together.

“This type of fight has happened between them before, and they will most likely reconcile later on for the sake of their daughter, Dream,” the insider stated.

“As of now, they are not communicating and Rob has stopped all financial matters with her. Rob will always support Dream and has realized he acted out the other day and is trying to wait until the storm passes,” the source explained.

Despite his harsh words and accusations towards the mother of his child, Kardashian doesn’t completely despise her. “Rob cares about Chyna because she is the mother of his child and if they were to reconcile, he would always support her,” the insider added.

Although the star has not addressed the recent announcement about the restraining order, Kardashian does have a lawyer who can be served with legal documents in his place.
