During the most recent season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," Rob Kardashian was open about his struggles with his weight. Sources say he has since been more focused on living a healthier lifestyle. Reuters

Despite recent reports, a rep for Rob Kardashian said Wednesday that the reality TV star has not checked into the Meadows addiction and trauma center in Wickenburg, Ariz., for depression and substance abuse treatment. The rep told E! News that the 27-year-old “is not in rehab."

A source speaking to E! said Kardashian was actually working out with his trainer on Wednesday morning.

Kardashian has remained out of the spotlight for the past several months, and has reportedly passed on taking a Thailand vacation with his family in April. The source told E! that he is focused on getting healthier: "He was in really good spirits, seemed very much himself … Said he'd been working out every day and was focused on getting back in shape."
