Dow Jones - Inevitably, this kind of downgrading of U.S. growth and interest rate expectations will most likely raise concerns of the knock-on effects globally, and the dollar will likely recover some of the ground it has lost this week. But as (the euro) approaches and/or exceeds the $1.4900 area, we'll be less certain of further gains, unless confirming conditions develop as well, like an extension of Euroland-U.S. yields spreads occurs.
