Robert Pattinson turned heads Monday night at the New York City premiere of his latest flick, "Cosmopolis." The actor, who is said to be in shambles over beau Kristen Stewart being caught in a cheating scandal with married director Rupert Sanders, was all smiles for the cameras. More importantly, the actor was dressed to kill.

With his sky high hair, a smirk, squinted eyes and some manly stubble, Robert Pattinson wowed the crowd, showing them exactly what Stewart was missing.

Pattinson wore a tailored blue Gucci suit with a black tie. With a dark blue button up shirt underneath, Pattinson somehow managed to look more handsome than ever before.

His handsome and highly anticipated appearance came at the Museum of Modern Art, only a couple hours after taping "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart." According to Us Weekly, Pattinson's behavior on his first TV appearance since the cheating scandal was not all that different from the rest. Generally uncomfortable during interview, one crowd member for the Comedy Central show told Us Weekly that he appeared "awkward" while chatting with Jon Stewart.

Another member of the crowd at the "Cosmopolis" premiere stated that besides his smile on camera, Pattinson looked "tense" and "extremely serious" between flashes.

Uncomfortable or not in front of the camera, Pattinson has to brace himself for a hectic couple of days. E! News reports that Tuesday morning, the "Twilight" actor will be ringing the bell at the New York Stock Exchange. On Wednesday, Pattinson will be appearing on "Good Morning American" for his second TV interview following the Stewart Sanders scandal.

News broke in July that Kristen Stewart had been unfaithful to Robert Pattinson, her boyfriend since 2009. Us Weekly broke the news, publishing pictures of Stewart in an intimate embrace with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders.

Following the release of the photos, Pattinson and Stewart moved out of the Los Angeles home they shared. However, reports are now surfacing that Pattinson may be considering taking back his unfaithful ex.

Either way, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are bound to have some awkward interviews when they team up again in November to promote the release of the final "Twilight" installment, "Breaking Dawn - Part 2."
