Robert Pattinson, the British actor best known as “Twilight” vampire Edward Cullen, has reportedly always had a passion for music. He's having no trouble finding new acting gigs, but a new video shows he can make fans swoon with his voice too.

The clip is only 60 seconds long, but Pattinson is shown soulfully jamming out on his guitar in a video posted on YouTube by user "Solar."

Hollywood Life reported that the clip catches Pattinson jamming on Sept. 16 with fellow actor Dermot Mulroney.

“My sister in law jammed w/ Rob Pattinson on guitar, and Dermot Mulroney on cello last night. Brilliant and stupifying 2 watch. Life is weird,” director Adam Shankman tweeted.

Pattinson may have turned to music to mend his broken heart during his breakup from "Twilight” co-star Kristen Stewart.

The onscreen and off-screen couple broke up after pictures surfaced of Stewart kissing her “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders, but Stewart was able to win R-Patz back, according to the Daily Star.

Stewart was seen wearing Pattinson’s clothes everywhere she went after they broke up, and it’s been reported that wearing a $40,000 necklace the bought for her was what finally reeled him in.

They still have a movie to promote together, the last “Twilight” flick, so it’s not certain if the couple is just pretending to be together for their fans or have decided to try and work on their issues.

If it doesn’t work out, Pattinson could probably write some soulful songs to work out his angst.
