"I am running for President of the United States," Roseanne Barr announced during her appearance on the Tonight Show, Thursday. It was reported that she initially made this claim in May 2010, but now she is also considering being the prime minister of Israel.

"I'm totally serious. 'Cause I want to be part of the debates, because I want to represent the tax payer. In fact, I'm choosing the tax payers as my vice president."

"I'm tired of watching as men destroy all the world," Barr wrote on her blog. "Everything used to be beautiful when women were in charge, and now I, working as the physical manifestation of the goddess Isis and the reincarnation of Cleopatra, have decided to save the world."

Jay Leno, host of the talk show, ask if she would debate against Sarah Palin. "That's kinda what got me to thinking that I too should run for president, if she can," Barr answered.

Beyond presidency, the 58 year-old actress wishes to dance on "Dancing With The Stars"!

"I really wanna do that show," Barr, tells xojane.com. "My hips are bad. I think I need a hip replacement. That's why I can't do that 'Dancing with the Stars' s---."

Barr is most famous for her hit comedy sitcom--"Roseanne"--that ran between 1988 and 1997. She currently has her own reality show called "Roseanne's Nuts" where we see her life on a nut and livestock farm in Hawaii.
