In January 2009, the University of Michigan Ross School's new 270,000-square-foot building opened for classes. The Executive MBA Program will take place in these new facilities.

The new building has been specifically designed to support the school's collaborative culture and embody its commitment to environmental sustainability and recognition of the importance of imagination in the affairs of the world. The new facility is a 21st-century structure designed to help catalyze business education by supporting their commitment to action-based learning.

The classroom facilities surround the Davidson Winter Garden, a glass-enclosed public space that facilitates gathering both big and small of students and faculty.

As part of the final move-in schedule, the Executive Residence hotel is currently under renovation and will re-open in early summer.
