There’s nothing like the Internet to set rumors on fire. After Kate Middleton gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Monday, netizens speculated the royal child could be an "Illuminati baby." Similar rumors followed after Kim Kardashian’s daughter’s birth. Internet users took it a little further, and wondered if North West, who was born a month earlier on June 15, would one day marry a prince.

Illuminati rumors are one of the hottest topics on the Web, and it doesn’t take much for the gossip to spread, especially when a public figure’s child is born. For the record, there is no proof that the British royals or Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are involved with the Illuminati.

The Illuminati are alleged to be a secretive group allied to the Freemasons, or, in some versions, with Satanists. All it took was a little thunder and lightning after the child was born plus a triangle, which is the Illuminati symbol, to be spotted on the easel at Buckingham Palace that held the royal baby announcement.

Numerology is also a big thing for those who look to find “hidden” Illuminati messages. The royal baby boy was found to be involved with the Illuminati since his birthday (by one convoluted reckoning; see tweet below) equals 666, the Number of the Beast from the Book of Revelation.

Check out some of the netizens tweets regarding the royal baby's supposed involvement in the secret cult:

North West already has something in common with the newborn prince since she was accused of being in league with the Illuminati hours after her birth too. Some hope that the two, whose mothers both had high-profile pregnancies, would one day wed and thusly turn little Nori into a princess.
