Royal Baby Watch: Prince William Spends Weekend Playing Polo While Waiting For Royal Birth [PHOTOS]

Prince William found the perfect stress reliever Sunday as he patiently waits for the birth of the royal baby.

While his wife joined her parents at their Bucklebury, Berkshire, home, William was busy attending a charity polo match in Cirencester Park, Gloucestershire.

His brother Prince Harry also participated in the July 14 match, which was held around 100 miles west of London, reports the Associated Press. The match raised funds for several U.K. charity organizations including Centrepoint, a charity devoted to offering support to homeless young people.

William was said to be in wonderful spirits throughout the match.

"He is glowing about this wonderful time in his life – and I think we should be glowing with him," Danielle Alexandra, a trustee of Centrepoint, told PEOPLE Magazine. "My sense is he's excited and very happy at the chance to be a father. He's one of the most loving people. ... He's a perfect guy to be a dad."

Though William and Harry lost the match, they still took time to meet former homeless people assisted by the organization.

And according to PEOPLE, a vehicle was prepped to immediately return him to London had his wife gone into labor.

Photographers and camera crews continue to camp outside of St. Mary's Hospital in London. The baby's exact due date isn't known, but officials did say that it would be around mid-July.

Most U.K. reports speculated that the due date was July 13. But with that date now gone, bets are being set that the baby will be born by July 17 (Wednesday).
