The highly anticipated Royal Wedding has come and gone. William and Kate are now a married couple.

Once the ceremony at Westminster Abbey was over and the official balcony kiss and official portraits were taken, Prince William and Kate Middleton, now the Duchess of Cambridge, were able to celebrate their wedding like most modern couples.

At the Royal Wedding reception, Prince Harry made his best man's speech in front of 300 guests. OK Magazine is reporting that he worked on the speech for two weeks. Other reports suggest it was so touching, it made Middleton cry.

In front of 300 guests, Prince Harry spoke affectionately of his brother and his new wife and described Middleton as like a sister and called their relationship inspirational.

British musician Ellie Goulding performed after the speeches. The singer sang a selection of her hits and covers of classic tunes. She also sang Elton John's Your Song, which was the couple's first dance.

It was an amazing honor to be asked by Kate and William to perform at their party. The atmosphere was incredible and it is a night I'll never forget, Goulding said.

At 2:45 a.m. fireworks went off in the back garden of Buckingham Palace which led to cheers from around the palace.
